Appearance[]
Tsukirei wears a black overcoat, with white outlines and white buttons, and black, fitting pants. Her skin color is very pale, nearly white, feeling and looking like marble. She is, to say is simply, beautiful. Her features are near perfect, from her legs, to her hips, to face, even to the soft smile that graces her lips, from time to time.
Personality[]
Tsukirei radiates coldness, through both her reiatsu. She finds the death of souls a waste of life, though she will follow her orders to a tee. She can see the innate beauty of everything, and can appreciate it with a knowing eye.
History[]
Tsukirei is an ex-Shinigami of the Gotei 13, serving under Division 13 as the Captain. She left when she faked her suicide, though her reasons for doing so are yet-unknown. She joined the Seraphim, when approached.
Powers and Abilities[]
Hardened Physique: Tsukirei's body is hardened like marble, and blades that do not strike without conviction are useless against her.
Kidō Expert: Tsukirei is adept in the art of kidō, having been the Captain of the Thirteenth Division for so long - she can use spells up until level 88 with deadly expertise.
Shunpo Expert: Tsukirei is very quick, and with 23 Hohō, she can outspeed most people at her level.

Tsukirei places her hand on an object or body part, turning it to stone. She can undo the stonification at will, and if the stone is to shatter, her opponent would lose that body part. The more energy she puts into the ability, the more is turned to stone.
