Joe Gokaiger always wears a black form-fitting body stocking under a blue coat with gold accents, fastened at his waist line by a golden belt which is accompanied by a pair of white gloves. As far as footwear goes, he adorns a pair of blue boots to match his coat. They have silver accents at calf level that match the cuffs of his coat.
Joe Gokaiger's face is always concealed by a blue helmet with a black visor. The entire helmet is sealed and has its own self contained respiration system. The visor of the helmet offers thermal and night vision options as well as information on his current status to him, reported by a self contained system that monitors his vitals. No matter what happens, there will always he a helmet under his helmet.
There is another body stocking beneath the first body stocking. And another one under that.
Although his true appearance is unknown to anyone, he is reputed to be a fairly handsome man.
Personality[]
Joe Gokaiger is what could be called "excentric". He's very flamboyant and expressive, even though his face is always covered. He has a strong sense for his own justice, although his definition of justice is far from agreed upon.
Joe likes to make flashy entrances and to speak using his entire body. He'll often think out loud and always uses the third person.
He disregards most important matters and follows his own rules. His true goals are often extremely simplistic and trivial.

Joe Gokaiger's First Release
First Release - Rex[]
When Joe releases his zanpakuto, Rex, his sword will glow bright sparkling white and wash over his body in a second, modifying his outfit and his weapon. He will still be wearing the body stocking, but at chest level, he'll be wearing a short blue kimono, resembling the upper half of a shihakusho, which will be covered by a black epauletted coat with gold trim and hardware. He will still be wearing the same belt, his gloves will be black with gold trim and his boots will be blue with black acccents.

Obviously, his helmet will change as well. The visor grows to an intricate 6 pronged star motif and the helmet itself takes on a much more rounded shape.

Second Release - Rex Aeternas[]
Upon unleashing his second release, Joe's visor cracks and after a moment of silence, he's envelopped in a bright light which drastically modifies his outfit, leaving him in an entirely black set of armor with a large cleaver-like blade. In this form, he's surprisingly quiet, but extremely powerful.

He lets a blue sphere extend all around him covering 30m in diameter, he can also place the epicenter this sphere in different places other than just his own body. If caught inside of it people will experience excruciating pain and damage. HE can also compress these field into bullets and shoot them from his gun.

A compartment opens up in his chest and the barrel of a laser is show. This charges up for one turn but when released has enough power to decimate a city. It is blue and cone shaped, similar to a cero but much more powerful.
